Yes, but not in the same way that you would receive in a 1:1 coaching program. The Foundation® is a group program, but the opportunity for personalized support is unlike any other RD business coaching program I’ve seen out there. On the 2x monthly group coaching calls, you’ll receive 1:1 hot-seat style coaching directly from me and get personalized coaching and answers to YOUR questions for 6 months. Can’t attend a call? No problem. Just submit your question in advance and I’ll still answer it for you as if you were there. Lastly, although we’re super confident about the support we provide, we also recognize that sometimes RDs want a little extra frosting and we honor that. All members of The Foundation® Family have the opportunity to purchase additional 1:1 coaching calls with one of our JMN Co-Coaches if that’s desired. Though to be clear, we’ve designed the program so that it’s not necessary.

I completely understand why that might be a concern, love. The calls are an important way to make sure that YOU get the support that you need to grow your dream business. I know that you might still be working, in your DI, or in school… and I also get that life happens. Sometimes things just come up that might keep you from one of our live group coaching calls, which is why we record every single one and make it available for playback for an entire month, so you can watch them at a time that is convenient for you. I don't ever want that to be an issue for you. More importantly, before each call, you’ll have the chance to submit YOUR questions in advance. This way if you know you can’t make it or if life happens, I’ll still coach you through your questions live even though you’re not there, and you’ll find your answers on the recording!

The Foundation® was made with my incredible colleagues in mind… and I designed this program to ensure your success knowing that you’re likely working at least one full-time job, finishing up your DI, and/or pursuing your Masters.
